Acs International

Our office is at 140-B on 9th Cross, right along Margosa Road in Malleshwaram. It’s a nice part of town with plenty of trees, though parking is always a nightmare. Acs International has been tucked away here for quite some time now. The building is one of those older residential-style places converted for work use. We have a few rooms filled with desks and computers, and there is always a stack of papers that needs filing. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the neighbors walking their dogs or heading to the market. It’s a fairly quiet atmosphere inside, except for the occasional phone ringing or someone typing away. We take our tea breaks together in the small kitchen area, usually talking about the traffic or what’s for lunch. Most of us take the bus or ride a scooter to get here. It feels more like a house than a corporate office, which is fine by us. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a small nameplate. Sometimes visitors miss the turn because the street signs aren't great. We deal with various international things, but the daily grind is very local. We know the guy at the corner shop who sells snacks. It’s a comfortable routine, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of this old building.
