Acs India Ltd

You can find us over at Acs India Ltd on the second floor of the building in Jcr Layout. We are right by Muthusandra Aarey Road No. 6, near the Panatoor Outer Ring Road in Marathhalli. This part of Bangalore is always moving. The traffic outside is pretty much constant, which is just part of being near the Outer Ring Road. Our office isn't anything too flashy. It’s a functional space where we handle our business daily. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of people commuting. We have a regular routine here. Most of the staff comes in early to beat the worst of the traffic. We spend the day on computers and phones. It’s a lot of coordination and management tasks. The office has that lived-in feel. We’ve got some plants that we try to keep alive and a small pantry where we eat lunch together most days. It’s not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of people. It’s more of a close-knit group. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in our lives. We just work through the tasks and try to keep things organized. It’s a busy spot in a busy city. We focus on getting through the workday and making sure everything is handled before the evening rush starts again and everyone heads home.
