We are located at 39/2 on Bora Bazar Street in Byrasandra. It’s a narrow street with a lot of shops packed together. We do IT services and handle tech issues for people around here. The office isn’t huge, just enough space for our workbenches and some storage. We’ve got cables running along the walls and a few old monitors used for testing. It’s a bit of a maze getting here, but once you find us, we’re usually around. We don't have a front desk person. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a soldering iron. We've been in Byrasandra for several years now. The neighborhood has a lot of character. We spend our days troubleshooting software or trying to recover files from a dead hard drive. It's rewarding when we can actually help someone get their photos back. We don't use big words to explain things. We just tell you what's wrong and how long it might take. Sometimes we're backed up with work, and other times we're just waiting for the next person to walk in. It’s a local business, through and through. We have a small kettle for making coffee when things get stressful. It’s just a normal workplace with a lot of electronics and a bit of clutter. We don't need things to be perfect to get the job done right. We just keep at it. It's how we stay busy in the city.
