Accord Software & Systems Pvt Ltd is located at No. 37 in K.R. Colony, part of the Domlur Layout area. It is a quiet street for the most part, which is good for focusing on software. Our building is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of tangled power strips. We don't spend much on decor, so the walls are just plain white. There is a small area where we keep our bags and helmets. We are just a group of people who enjoy building systems. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we end up ordering food to the office. The air conditioner is a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have a big corporate structure here. If something needs doing, someone just does it. It's a very hands-on environment. We have a few plants that someone brought in to brighten the place up, but we forget to water them sometimes. It’s an honest place to work. We value getting things right over looking important. Most days involve a lot of troubleshooting and testing. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. Domlur is a nice place to be based, even with the traffic we face daily.
