Accord Software & Systems

Down in Uttarahalli Hobli, specifically at Vaishnavi Layout, you will find our office. Accord Software & Systems has been operating from this corner for some time now. It’s not one of those massive IT campuses you see in other parts of Bangalore. Instead, we are tucked away in a quieter spot at 254/17-6 where we can actually focus on the work. We spend a lot of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't running the way they should. It is mostly technical stuff, but we try to keep it grounded. The team here is a mix of people who have been around since the start and some newer faces who bring different ideas. We get our coffee from the local shop nearby and often walk around the layout when we need a break from the computers. Dealing with software can be frustrating some days, but it is what we know how to do. The office isn't overly decorated or formal. We prefer it that way because it feels more like a workspace where people can actually talk to each other. Sometimes clients come by to discuss projects, and we just sit around the table and figure things out. It is a very practical setup without all the corporate layers you find elsewhere. We just focus on the systems and make sure everything is ticking along as it should. It keeps us busy from morning till evening.
