We are based at 37, K.R. Colony, in the Domlur Layout area. Accord Software And Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a good bit now. Our building is pretty standard for this part of town. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of cables. We aren't the type of tech company with bean bags or game rooms. We focus more on the actual coding and system work. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. The morning starts with tea and then we just get into the tasks for the day. Domlur is a nice enough place to work, even if the parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We deal with a lot of technical stuff that would probably sound boring to most people, but it keeps us engaged. We don't really go for the big marketing push. Usually, we get our work through people who have worked with us before. It’s a quiet way to run a software firm, but it suits us. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to keep a regular schedule. We’ve seen the software scene change a lot, but our approach stays fairly basic. We look at the problem, write the code, and try to make sure it works like it's supposed to. That's about all there is to our daily routine here.
