Accord Software & Systems Pvt Ltd is based at number 37 in Domlur K R Colony. We are part of the Domlur Layout area, which is a nice part of the city to work in. Our building is just a regular structure in the colony, and we have been here for quite some time now. We do software and systems work, which mostly means we are staring at screens for the better part of the day. It’s not the kind of work that makes for exciting stories, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. K R Colony is usually a bit quieter than the main roads, which helps when you need to concentrate on coding or technical problems. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing with the slogans and the fancy mission statements. We are just a team that comes in, does the technical stuff, and goes home. The neighborhood has some good spots for a quick break, and we’ve gotten to know the area pretty well over the years. Being in Domlur Layout is convenient for most of us. We have our desks set up and we just work through the tasks we have for the week. It’s a steady environment. We don't put on any airs about being a big tech firm; we are just a group of people at number 37 doing what we know how to do best.
