Our office is tucked away in Chamrajpet on 5th Main Road. If you know where T R Mills is, you’re basically there already. It’s a bit of an older part of Bangalore, which we actually like because it feels more grounded than the tech parks. Accenutre Services Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a regular office with the usual desks and chairs. We show up, log in, and spend the day dealing with whatever files or requests are on the list. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just focus on the service part of what we do. There’s a lot of paperwork sometimes. We grab lunch from the local spots nearby, usually eating at our desks while we chat about nothing in particular. The building is number 56 and it’s pretty easy to spot if you’re looking. We have a few staff members who have been here since the start. Everyone just knows their role and gets on with it. We don’t spend time on long meetings that don't go anywhere. Instead, we just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It’s a simple setup. Nothing flashy, just people working hard and hoping the traffic isn't too bad on the way home.
