Accenture

This is where we handle things for Accenture. Most of the communication happens through those email addresses, the Rediffmail one and the Gmail one. It's not like a big storefront where you can just walk in off the street. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and replying to messages. It gets a bit repetitive, but that's how it goes. Sometimes people get confused because we use two different email accounts, but we check both of them eventually. It's mostly just sitting at a desk, typing away. I try to keep the inbox organized, but it's hard when so many things come in at once. There isn't much to see here. We don't have fancy office furniture or a big lobby. It’s just us working through the lists and keeping track of what needs to be sent out. Dealing with digital stuff is different than a physical shop. You don't see the customers' faces, just their names in the "from" field. We keep it simple. If something's wrong, we send another email. That's the whole process. It's a bit of a quiet way to work, honestly. Just the sound of the keyboard and the notification pings every now and then. We've been doing it this way for a while now and it seems to work for what we need to get done. We aren't doing anything flashy, just sticking to the emails and making sure everyone gets a reply.
