Our place is tucked away in Ejipura, specifically behind the Sundari Memorial School. You can always hear the kids playing during their lunch break, which is actually quite nice to listen to while we’re working. The address is 52/3 on the 2nd A Cross in Kuttiappa Garden. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the narrow streets of Bangalore. Most of the time, the street is filled with parked scooters and people walking to the local shops. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual computers and a couple of cabins for the supervisors. It’s not one of those massive campuses with a gym or a cafeteria, so we mostly bring our own lunch or go out to the small eateries nearby. The light in the office is okay, but we rely on the overhead tubes most of the day. We’ve had to fix the plumbing a few times this year, but that’s just what happens in these older buildings. Working here feels different than being in a big corporate park because you see the same neighbors every day. It’s a lot more grounded. We handle the service side of things, and there’s always plenty of paperwork and digital logs to keep us busy from morning until evening. It gets a bit dark on the stairs in the evening, so we usually leave the landing light on for the late shift people.
