Our spot is at No 9, 2nd Main, 1st Cross in Manjunathanagar, which is part of Chikallasandra here in Bangalore. It’s a local neighborhood, so you’ll see people going about their daily lives while we’re inside working on our projects. Accenture Management Consulting is what’s on the door. The office is pretty simple, nothing like those huge IT parks on the other side of the city. We prefer it this way because it’s easier to get to for most of us. We do a lot of the consulting legwork here. There’s about ten or fifteen of us on a regular day. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs, but we know where everything is. Bangalore traffic is always a topic of conversation in the morning over tea. We usually start the day with a quick chat about what needs to get done. It’s not a high-pressure environment in a corporate sense, but we do have plenty of work to keep us busy. The building is just a standard Bangalore structure. We’ve been in this location for a while now and the locals are used to us being here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just do our work for the people who need it. Most of our work is done on the computer or over calls. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people.
