Our office is tucked away on the 3rd floor of a building at No. 3, right on 7th Cross along Sampige Road. Being in Malleswaram means we are right in the middle of one of the oldest and busiest parts of Bangalore. If you walk outside, you’re immediately hit by the smell of flowers from the market and the sound of people shopping. Our workspace isn’t anything like those huge, shiny glass towers you see on the other side of the city. It’s a more traditional setup with some desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. We’ve been here quite a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic and the crowds below. We handle various service tasks and administrative work for Accenture India Services Pvt. Ltd. from this location. It’s a small group of us, so we don’t have any big corporate meetings or fancy break rooms. Usually, we just head out to one of the local tiffin rooms for a quick lunch when we have the time. The lift in our building can be a bit moody, so sometimes we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a workout. We don’t really spend money on decorating or trying to look modern. We just focus on keeping up with our daily logs and making sure the work gets done by the time we head home. It’s a very grounded, practical place to spend the day. We like the local vibe of the area quite a bit.
