Absolute Technologies

Being on the first floor here at Banashankari 1st Stage is okay, but carrying heavy stuff up the stairs isn't the best part of the day. The B T M Ring Road is always jammed with cars and bikes, so we hear the honking all day long. Absolute Technologies is basically just a few rooms filled with parts, wires, and old screens. We spend most of our time hunched over benches looking at small circuits. It’s quiet work mostly, unless someone is testing something that makes a noise. We get a lot of people coming in because they live in the neighborhood and had something break. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People just stand around or come back later. The light in the office is a bit bright but we need it to see what we are doing. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out. It’s just a normal job like any other. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just fix things and try to keep the place organized, though that doesn't always happen. There are boxes everywhere and we sometimes lose our tools under piles of cables. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the other shop owners on the ground floor. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We just keep at it and hope for the best.
