You can find our office on the second floor of the Lotus Block in Mahaveer Lakes. It’s right on Uttarahalli Road in Kengeri. Kengeri has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of it over time. The office is number 340. It’s a functional space where we handle various services. We have a lot of paperwork and computers around, as you might expect. It’s not a minimalist office by any means. There are stacks of files and personal items scattered on the desks. We like it that way; it feels lived in. Most of the staff has been here a while, so we all know how the others take their tea. We aren't big on formal meetings. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need to ask something. The commute can be long for some of us, but Kengeri is a nice place to work. There are plenty of local shops where we go for errands. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, see what the customers need, and try to get it done without too much fuss. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We value being practical above everything else. If you come by, you’ll probably find us busy with some task or another, but we always have time for a quick hello. That's just the way things go here.
