Abilitz

Abilitz is located on the second floor of the Udayamukha building on Sanjay Nagar Main Road. We’re really close to the Ashwathnagar Bus Stand, which makes it easy for people to reach us even if they don't have a car. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s a decent space. We focus on helping people develop their abilities. It’s right there in the name, though we spelled it a bit differently. We work with kids and adults who might need some extra help with their skills, whether that’s physical or more about how they learn and interact. It’s a lot of one-on-one time. We have some equipment and mats spread out. The main road outside is always loud with buses and honking, but we’ve tried to make the inside feel a bit more focused. It isn't a factory-style setup. We take our time with whoever is in the room. Some days are louder than others, especially when we have the younger ones in for their sessions. We aren't part of some big chain. We’re just here in Sanjay Nagar doing this specific work. Most of our families come from nearby areas like RMV or Hebbal. We just keep our heads down and do the work, helping people get a bit better at the things they find difficult. It’s practical, everyday support for the folks who need it to navigate their world better.
