Abids Concorde Tours And Travels is a small office we run over in Matadalahalli, Bangalore. We’re tucked away at 11/13 on 3rd Main, right at the 1st Cross. It’s not a huge travel agency with bright neon signs. It’s more of a local spot where people come when they need to figure out how to get from point A to point B. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, looking at bus schedules, train timings, and flight prices. It can be a bit stressful when a trip gets cancelled or someone loses their ticket, but we just do our best to help them figure it out. We’ve lived in this part of Bangalore for a long time, so we know the area well. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we try to keep it decent. We aren’t interested in those big corporate ways of doing things. We just want to help our neighbors and anyone else who walks in find a way to travel that doesn’t cost them a fortune. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour. That’s just life in Matadalahalli. We’ve been doing this for years, and we’ve seen a lot of people head off on their holidays or business trips from this little office. It’s simple, honest work. There isn't much else to it.
