If you are looking for us, we are over at 14 Jalahalli Sree Muneshwara Estate, right on Tumkur Road. We are inside the Krupa Complex, which is a pretty well-known building if you live around here. Being so close to the Force Station means we see a lot of uniforms and activity throughout the day. Our office is a bit small, mostly filled with car keys, maps, and a couple of old desks where we take the bookings. Tumkur Road is always loud with the sound of heavy trucks and buses passing by, so we have to talk a bit louder when we are on the phone. We spend a lot of our time making sure the vehicles are fueled up and the drivers know where they are going. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that it takes forever just to get out of the estate. We have a small bench outside where the drivers sit and talk while they wait for their next trip. It’s not a polished travel agency with brochures everywhere. It’s more of a functional spot where we manage the daily grind of travel and tours. We keep a big water cooler in the corner because it gets quite hot in the afternoons under the tin roof parts of the complex. We just do our bit to keep the cars moving and the schedules on track as much as the Bangalore traffic allows us. Some days are smoother than others, but we just take it as it comes and try to stay on top of the bookings.
