We are located in the Zakarial Industrial Estate, specifically on Maroshi Road in New Tharagpet. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but most people around here just know us as the grape cooperative. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on, trucks loading and unloading, people moving crates, and the general bustle of trade. We focus on everything related to grape production and helping the growers who are part of our group. Our office at 41306 is more of a functional hub than anything else. We have stacks of files, registers, and sometimes samples of the produce sitting around. It’s a cooperative, so it’s owned by the members, which makes the atmosphere a bit different from a regular private company. We talk to farmers every day about their harvests and the market prices. It’s honest work that depends a lot on the weather and the seasons. The estate can get quite congested, especially in the afternoons, but we’ve gotten used to the chaos over the years. We aren't here to make a big show of things. We just provide a space for the growers to organize and get their fruit to where it needs to go. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but it’s important for the folks we represent. We deal with everything as it comes, from the soil to the final sale.
