Our office is located at 785/10 on Judges Bunglow Road in Jayanagar. It’s a nice area, quite green compared to other parts of the city. We work in properties, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps, deeds, and floor plans. It isn't a fast-paced life like you see in the movies. It’s more about checking details and making sure everything is in order with the land and the buildings we handle. We have a small team, and we’ve all been together for a few years now. The office has a lot of files stacked up because there is always something to keep track of. We don't do the whole high-pressure sales thing. We just tell people what is available and let them decide for themselves. Sometimes we go out to visit sites, but mostly we are here at our desks. It’s a steady kind of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest developer in the country. We just like working in Jayanagar and helping the local community find what they need. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We usually have the windows open when the weather is good. We don't have a fancy reception area, just a place for people to sit and talk. It’s simple, honest work and we try to keep it that way every single day. We've been at this for a while and haven't felt the need to change.
