A1 Engineering Works

A1 Engineering Works is located out in Chikka Banavara Sector 22. It is a bit of a drive from the city center, but we like it out here. The workshop is big enough for our tools and the projects we take on. We deal with metal, machines, and all sorts of heavy stuff. It gets quite loud during the day with the sound of grinding and welding going on. Our clothes are usually stained with oil or grease by the time we head home. We don't have a fancy reception area or a person to answer phones all day. If we’re busy with a machine, we might not hear the door right away. We just focus on making parts or fixing broken equipment that people bring in. The floor is concrete and there are scraps of metal everywhere. It isn't a place for someone who minds a bit of dirt. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we know our tools pretty well. Most of our work comes from other local businesses that need something specific built. We don't use any high-tech automation, just old-fashioned hands-on work. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a piece for a client. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a project come together from scratch. The air smells like hot metal and oil, which is just how an engineering shop should be for us.
