A Sanjay Patil

I’ve been working out of this space at 18 Gandhi Nagar for quite some time now. Being near the Indian Overseas Bank makes it easy for people to find me, though the traffic on this street can be a real headache during peak hours. My name is Sanjay Patil and I handle most of the day-to-day operations myself. It isn't a large office, just a room with enough space for my desk and a few chairs for whoever stops by. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or looking over documents. The neighborhood is mostly residential, but having the bank so close brings in a lot of movement. I usually start my day with a cup of tea from the stall around the corner before I settle into work. Sometimes the neighbors come by to ask for help with small things or just to say hello. It’s a very local vibe here in Gandhi Nagar. I don't really have a big staff or anything like that. It’s just a straightforward operation. I keep my files in these old metal cabinets and try to stay on top of things as they come in. It gets pretty quiet in the late evening, which is when I usually finish up and head home.
