A S Prestige Travels

Queens Road is such a central part of the city and being located here means things are always moving around us. A S Prestige Travels operates out of this spot near Ankur Road. Most of our day is spent managing the cars and talking to the drivers about their routes. Some mornings are very quiet, with just the sound of the birds before the heavy traffic starts up. Then the phones start ringing and it doesn't really stop. People need to get to the airport. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the schedules we have pinned up on the wall. The office is very plain, just some basic chairs and a desk where we keep the big ledgers for the bookings. We don't really do the whole online booking thing in a fancy way, mostly just people calling us up because they've used us before. The rain sometimes makes things difficult because the roads get flooded nearby, but we always manage to find a way. It’s a lot of waiting for drivers to check in and making sure the fuel tanks are full for the next trip. We don't have a big lobby or a waiting room or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just sitting there with a cup of tea, waiting for the next booking to come through. It's steady work and it keeps us busy enough. Sometimes we stay late when a group is coming back at night.
