A Q Computers

You can find us on the second floor at 1 Sardar Patrappa Road. We are right by Kunte Chowk, which is always a bit of a mess with traffic and people walking everywhere. Laxmi Road is just around the corner. Our space is mostly filled with half-taken-apart computers and boxes of spare parts. We spend the day cleaning out dust from old fans and trying to figure out why a machine won't start. It is a lot of troubleshooting and staring at screens. We handle laptops and desktop towers, mostly for local folks who live or work nearby. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow, but once you get inside, it’s a decent workspace. We have wires running all over the floor, which we should probably tidy up more often. It’s not a corporate office, just a place where we fix things. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a part to arrive by courier. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. People come in worried about their photos or documents, and we do our best to help them out. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for a while, so we know the local chai wallah and the other shopkeepers quite well. We just keep our heads down and fix the tech as it comes in.
