A K Tours And Travles is based in the NPC Complex over in Ramamurthy Nagar. Our shop is at Number 9. If you know the Bata showroom on the main road, we are very close to that, so it’s easy to find us. Ramamurthy Nagar is a busy place, and there's always a lot of movement around our complex. We have been here for a bit, running this travel desk. It’s not a big fancy company with a lot of layers. Usually, it is just one or two of us handling the phones and talking to the customers who walk in. We deal with car rentals and trip planning for people in the area. We don't have any scripted speeches or polished presentations. We just talk like regular people and explain what we can offer. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and registers, but we know where everything is. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We spend most of the day making sure the drivers know their routes and the customers are picked up on time. Being near the Bata showroom helps because everyone knows that landmark. We don't do anything flashy, just the basic work of a travel agency. It is a local business and we like it that way. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes through our door. That's our daily routine.
