A K Harware

A K Harware is a small shop at 43 Shivaji Nagar on Meenakshi Street. Shivaji Nagar is a very lively area with a lot of history and a lot of noise. Meenakshi Street stays full of activity, especially with the market nearby. We have been running this hardware place for quite a while now. The shop is quite small, so we have to use every inch of wall space to hang things up. It gets a bit of a squeeze when more than two people come in at once. We handle all the basic hardware stuff that people in the neighborhood need for their homes. Outside on the street, it is never quiet; there are always people shouting, bikes honking, and the smell of food from the nearby stalls. This is an energetic place to work. We don't have any fancy signs or big lights. Just the name A K Harware sits above the door. Most days find us busy from the moment we open. Dust from the street traffic means we are always wiping down the counters. We are just a local business trying to do our thing in the middle of Shivaji Nagar. It is not always easy, but being part of the street is nice. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just use torches to find what people need. We don't mind the chaos much. Meenakshi Street life is just like that and we are used to it.
