Our office for A K Aerotek Software Centre Pvt Ltd is over by the Hindustan Aeronautits limited 2nd Stage area, specifically on Elphinstone Road 1. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic and people always moving around. We do software work here, mostly stuff that people do not see on the surface but makes things run in the background. It is a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it works for us. We have been in this spot for a bit now. The team is small, and we mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the screens. Being near the HAL area means there is always something going on nearby, which is nice for when we take a break to get some air. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. It is just technical work that requires a lot of patience and looking at lines of code for hours. Sometimes we stay late when a problem is hard to solve, but usually, we head home when the sun goes down. The address is easy to find if you know the landmark. We keep things simple because that is the only way to get real work done without getting distracted by nonsense. It is just a regular job for regular people who happen to be good with software.
