We are located at 44/2 in the Basavanagudi area, specifically over in New Gautam Nagar. This is one of the older, more established parts of the city, and we have been part of it for quite a while. Our office is a simple place where we handle a lot of the paperwork and accounting that people need help with. It is usually quiet here, except for the sound of the ceiling fan and the occasional person coming in with a stack of documents. We spend most of our days looking at numbers and filling out forms. It is not the most exciting work, but people depend on us to get it right. I took over the practice after working under my father for years. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We know most of our clients by name because they have been coming to us for decades. Sometimes the tax laws change and we have to spend late nights catching up on all the new rules. It is just a steady, quiet business. We do not do much to promote ourselves; word of mouth in Basavanagudi has always been enough to keep our desks full of work.
