A B Tours & Travels is located at 1409 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar Purshottam Nagar, which is near Sri Bar. Our office isn't very hard to find once you are in the RT Nagar area. It is a humble space where we keep all our records and keys. Being near a bar means the evenings get quite lively outside, but we usually have our heads down working on the next day's schedule. We have a few benches for people to wait on and a calendar that we use to mark everything down. The walls are a plain color and we have a small shrine in the corner where we light incense in the morning. It feels like a home office in some ways because it is so small and familiar. We know the drivers well and we know which cars are acting up this week. There is always something to do, like checking the tires or making sure the permits are in order. We don't do much advertising. People usually just see our sign or hear about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of time on the phone, making sure everyone is on time. It can be stressful when the traffic is bad, but we are used to the rhythm of the city by now. We just try to keep things moving. We usually close up once the last booking is confirmed for the morning, and then we do it all over again.
