94.3 My Fm (Synergy Media Entertainment Ltd.)

We’re over in Koramangala 4th Block, right in the middle of the Embassy Meadows layout. It’s usually pretty busy around here, which keeps us on our toes. Synergy Media Entertainment handles the 94.3 My Fm operations from this spot. If you’ve ever walked past the 324 building, you’ve probably seen some of us grabbing tea or rushing back inside. Our space isn't anything fancy, just a bunch of desks and equipment where the work happens every day. People think radio is all glamour, but mostly it’s just us sitting around with headsets on, checking schedules and making sure the audio sounds right. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The neighborhood has changed a lot, with new cafes popping up everywhere, but we just stick to our routine. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office is a total nightmare, yet we still manage to get through the door. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy corporate events here. We just focus on the work that needs doing. There’s always someone troubleshooting a technical glitch or planning out the next hour of airtime. It’s a small group of people who know each other well. We keep the fans running when it gets hot and mostly just worry about the next deadline. It’s a practical setup for a media business. We like the local vibe of Bangalore and how it fits with what we do here daily.
