7Elements Codingscientist Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is based out of an apartment in Yelahanka New Town. We’re in Flat No. R-103 at the Purva Venezia Apartments. It’s a bit of a different setup since it is a residential area, but it works well for a small team like ours. The main road is right there, so getting to work isn’t too difficult, though Yelahanka traffic can be unpredictable in the evenings. Inside, we’ve turned the flat into a functional workspace. We have screens and cables in almost every room. It’s quiet, which is exactly what you need when you’re trying to write code or figure out a technical problem. We don’t have fancy office furniture or a big cafeteria. We usually just make something in the kitchen or go out to a nearby shop for a quick bite to eat. It feels very grounded and real. There is no corporate polish here. We just focus on the software and the technical side of things. Sometimes you can hear the kids playing outside in the complex, which makes it feel less like a sterile office. We have our servers hum in the corner and everyone just stays busy with their own projects. It’s an honest way to run a small business. We like the independence of this space and the fact that we can just focus on the work itself without any distractions. It’s a good spot for us.
