79 Diagnostic Hospital is situated at No 73/91 on Railway Parallel Road in Kumara Park West. We are quite close to Sivananda Circle, which is a well-known spot in this part of Bangalore. Being near the railway line means we get used to the sound of trains passing by throughout the day. It’s just part of the background here. Our work is mostly focused on diagnostics, so we see a lot of people early in the morning. They usually come in for blood tests or scans before they head off to work. The building is older and has a simple layout that we’ve used for a long time. It isn't a shiny new facility, but we keep everything in its place. The staff here includes people who have been in the medical field for decades and some younger ones just starting out. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing department. We just have our front desk and the labs where the actual work happens. Sometimes the wait times are a bit longer than we’d like, especially when the computers are slow or there’s a rush of people at once. We don't try to sugarcoat things; we just give people their results and help them understand what the next step might be. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part, aside from the trains, and we like being a part of this community. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to be as accurate as we can.
