If you look for us, we are at Flat No M-06 in the Dhruva Apartment. It is right on Kodihalli Main Road. It is quite easy to find because it is opposite the government school in HAL 2nd Stage. We are Karnal Dairy Farmers Producer Company Limited. As the name says, we are into the dairy side of things. Most of the folks involved are farmers who know a lot about cows and milk. Being in Bangalore, we use this flat as our main point for organizing things. It is not a factory; it is where the planning happens. We deal with a lot of dairy farmers and try to get their products to places where they can actually sell them. The area around HAL is always noisy with the planes and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The office is just a regular apartment room. We have some chairs and files everywhere. It is a simple life and the work is hard but it feels right. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves. We are just people who know about milk and want to make sure the farmers get paid. Sometimes it’s a struggle to manage the logistics from a flat, but we have made it work for a while. Usually, there is someone here from morning until late evening trying to keep the dairy operations moving smoothly for everyone.
