We set up Namma Meenu Private Limited at No.19 on 24th Main Road. It’s in Ramaiah Layout, over in JP Nagar 7th Phase. If you know Bangalore, you know it can get pretty busy around here. We deal with fish. We started this because we saw a lot of people looking for a place to get their fish without a lot of trouble. It's a small operation. We don't have a huge warehouse or anything, just our place in JP Nagar. Every day is a bit of a rush to get things sorted and ready. Dealing with seafood means you can't waste any time. We spend most of our mornings checking the stock and getting orders ready for the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like it. The 7th Phase is a good area, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the locals. Sometimes the delivery bikes are coming and going all morning. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big marketing campaigns, just word of mouth and people seeing us on the 24th Main Road. We’ve had some learning curves since we started, but that’s part of running a business. We just focus on getting the fish in and out as quickly as possible so it stays good. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure nothing goes to waste. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just want to make sure the fish is what people expect. It’s a lot of early hours, but we are used to it by now.
