Sakaal Media Group

Sakaal Media Group is situated in the Gajant Laxmi Plaza over on Narvekar Galli in Belgaum. We are right opposite the Samadevi Temple, which is a very well-known landmark in this part of town. The street outside can get incredibly crowded with people visiting the temple or just passing through the narrow lanes of Narvekar Street. Inside our office, things are usually a bit frantic because that is just how the media world operates. There is always a deadline looming or some piece of news that needs to be handled quickly. You will see plenty of stacks of paper, computers everywhere, and people talking on their phones while typing away. We have been part of the Belgaum community for a long time, so we know these streets and the people living here pretty well. It’s not a quiet job, especially when the printing machines or delivery bikes are moving early in the morning. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making the office look like a corporate headquarters. It’s a functional space where the main goal is to get the information out to the public every single day. The smell of ink and the sound of keyboards are just normal parts of our daily life here. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the vendors outside the temple when we are too busy to have a proper lunch. It’s a fast-paced environment but we are all used to the rhythm by now.
