Sampoorna Event

Sampoorna Event is located in the Abhishek Building, specifically at No 4859/56, care of Y K Muchandikar. We’re in Sadashiv Nagar, Belgaum, near the Bhaskar Dairy. It’s a nice neighborhood, and having the dairy nearby is great for a quick snack during the day. Our office is usually filled with samples of fabrics, some old decorations from previous years, and stacks of papers. We aren't a high-rise corporate firm; we are just a small group of people who enjoy putting events together. Planning things involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls that go on late into the evening. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed with the details, like whether the drapes are the right shade of red or if the stage is wide enough. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We don't have any flashy slogans or a mission statement. We just focus on the logistics and making sure we haven't forgotten anything important. Sadashiv Nagar is a quiet place usually, but our office can get quite loud when we are all talking at once. We’ve spent many hours in the Abhishek Building figuring out how to make an event work on a tight budget. It’s honest, hard work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here to help organize things. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are drawing out floor plans on scrap paper.
