Rahul Event Organizer

Rahul Event Organizer is based in Keshav Nagar, right on Yellur Road in Belgaum. Our office is a simple room where we keep our planners, notebooks, and a whole lot of pens that seem to go missing all the time. Being in Belgaum, we deal with all sorts of local events, from small birthdays to slightly larger gatherings. It’s not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. Most of our time is spent driving around to different venues or meeting with people to talk about what they need. We don't use any corporate jargon or have a polished sales pitch. We just listen to what people want and then try to find the right people to provide the chairs, the food, or the music. Sometimes we have to deal with vendors who don't show up on time, and that can be pretty stressful, but we just handle it as it comes. The area around Yellur Road is pretty familiar to us, and we like being part of the community here. It’s a lot of manual work, like checking the stage stability or making sure the sound guy has enough power outlets. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small team of us working hard to get things done. We don't claim to be the biggest, we just do what we do every day. We usually end the day with a lot of scribbled notes.
