We are located in Udyambag, which is a big industrial area in Belgaum. Our shop is at Survey No. 323, specifically plots 25 and 26. If you've ever been to this part of town, you know it’s all about small factories and workshops. Plus-One Machine fabrik is just like the others in a lot of ways. We have a modest setup where we spend our days dealing with various mechanical parts and assembly work. The weather here in Belgaum is usually okay, but when the rains hit, the roads around the plot can get a little muddy. Inside, it’s all about the work. We have a few guys who have been here since the start, and they know where every single nut and bolt is kept. It’s not a place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually in our work clothes, probably with a bit of oil on our hands. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can look a bit cluttered. We take our breaks together and usually talk about the news or what’s happening in the local area. It’s a straightforward life here. We don’t spend time on fancy presentations or big corporate talk. We just focus on the machines and making sure everything is put together correctly before it leaves the workshop. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we’re quite content with that.
