Subhash Bakery Machines

You can find us on Goods Shed Road at 222/2. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of transport and movement all day long. Here at Subhash Bakery Machines, we spend our time building the things that bakeries need to get their bread and cakes made. We’re talking about ovens, mixers, and big cooling racks. Most of these are heavy, made of solid iron and steel. We do all the assembly right here on our floor. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have three or four big ovens being built at the same time. The sound of hammering and grinding is pretty much the background music to our lives. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time, and we’ve seen a lot of bakeries start up and grow. We like knowing that the machines we put together are out there helping people make a living. We don’t have a polished office or a receptionist. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just wipes the grease off our hands and picks it up. Some days the humidity makes the metal sweat, and other days it’s so dry the dust gets everywhere. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we’re just selling machines that work. It’s a plain and simple business, and that’s the way we like to keep it. We just keep building one machine after another for our customers.
