Financial Advisor

I am based out of my house, number 374 B on Rai Street in Londa. Being in the Khanapur area of Belgaum, things are a bit slower and more personal than in the big cities. I started doing this because I saw how many people in our community were struggling to understand their bank statements and investment papers. It can be quite a mess when you first look at it. I keep a desk in the front room where I do all my work. People from the village and nearby areas come by when they have a letter from the bank they do not understand. I do my best to explain what the words mean in plain English or the local language. It is not a corporate job. I wear regular clothes and I know most of my clients by their first names. We might spend an hour just talking about the weather before we even get to the money stuff. That is just how things are done here in Londa. My tools are mostly a calculator, a few pens, and a lot of patience. I do not have a big marketing plan or a website. Word of mouth is how people find me. If I am not at the desk, I am probably out in the garden or running errands down the street. It is a simple way to help out and earn a living at the same time.
