Nilkanteshwar Engineering Work

We have been running Nilkanteshwar Engineering Work out of D 95 in the Industrial Estate on Gokul Road for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of town where there is always the sound of metal being worked on and engines humming in the background. Our shop isn't the kind of place with a clean lobby or fancy furniture. It's a real workshop with oil on the floors and tools hanging where we can reach them quickly. We spend most of our daylight hours here, starting early before the sun gets too high and staying until the work is finished. People from all over the estate know us because we’ve been at this spot on Gokul Road so long. We handle a lot of different jobs, mostly things that require a lathe or some welding. It’s dirty work and our clothes show it by the end of the day, but that is just how it goes in this line of business. Sometimes people drop by just to ask a question about a piece of machinery they are trying to fix themselves. We don't mind a bit of talk while we work. The roof is high but it still gets plenty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the big doors open to catch any breeze. We don't use any fancy computers to run the place, just our hands and the machines we've had for years. It's a simple, honest life here at D 95 for all of us.
