Our shop is in the SBS Market, which is right by the bus stand in Rampura. It is a very convenient location for a travel business because so many people are already in the area looking for transport. We handle various types of travel bookings, mostly for people around Bhatinda who need to go to other cities or nearby villages. The market is always buzzing with activity, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s a small place, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. We have some posters on the walls and a couple of desks where we handle the money and the tickets. Sometimes the shop gets crowded with people waiting or asking about prices. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy market like SBS, it can get a bit chaotic. We have been here long enough that most of the local drivers and bus operators know us well. It’s a simple life, opening the shutters in the morning and helping whoever walks in with their travel plans. We don’t make things complicated; we just tell people what is available and help them book it. There is always tea being shared and a lot of loud talking, but that is just the way the market works. We just stay focused on getting those tickets booked correctly for everyone.
