The pin code here is 151001. Our market is one of those places that has been around forever. It has a lot of history and a lot of small shops like ours. We have a small space where we handle all our travel-related work. It is not a shiny office with glass walls. It is just a regular brick and mortar shop with a counter and some stools. We get a lot of foot traffic because of the bus stand nearby. People are always in a hurry, so we try to keep things moving. We do not have a big staff. It is usually just one or two of us here. We handle the phones and talk to people who walk in off the street. Bhatinda is a busy city and Fauji Chowk is always crowded, but we like the energy. We have been in this market for a while and we have seen it change over the years. We just keep doing our thing. No big mission statements or anything like that. We just provide a place where people can come and get their travel stuff sorted out without any fuss. It is a busy life but it keeps us going.
