You can find our shop, number 132, right near the TV Tower on Army Area Road. We are situated in Model Town Phase 3, which is a pretty well-known part of Bhatinda. Being close to the Kali Mata Mandir makes it easy to explain our location to anyone who is looking for us. We handle a lot of travel-related stuff here, mostly just helping people figure out how to get from one place to another. Whether it is booking a ticket or figuring out a route, we spend most of our day on the phone or looking at schedules. It is a small office, nothing fancy, just a desk and some chairs for when people come in to talk about their trips. We have been in this spot for a bit now and see all kinds of people coming through. Some are just looking for a quick ride to the next town, while others have more complicated plans. The traffic on Army Area Road can be a bit much sometimes, but the shop is usually a quiet place to sit and sort things out. We don't have a big team, just a few of us here making sure the paperwork is correct. Dealing with travel means things change a lot, so we try to keep up with the latest timings. We usually have a pot of tea going, and the office feels a bit lived-in with all the maps and old calendars on the wall. It’s just a regular local business serving the community around Model Town without any corporate polish.
