Mann & Associates Immigration Services

Our office is on the first floor of the Xoxo Complex, which is on Ajit Road in Bhatinda. We are right across from Street Number 15, so it is easy to spot once you get to this part of town. Working in immigration means we see a lot of people with different stories every day. Most of the time, we are just sitting here going through documents, filling out forms, and talking on the phone to find out the latest rules. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we stay busy. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep for some, but it’s a good location for us. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to wait in. Bhatinda can be very loud outside with all the horns and people, but inside the complex, it is a bit quieter. We get people coming in from all over the surrounding villages and the city itself. Sometimes they are nervous about their paperwork, so we just sit and talk through it with them. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything, just a simple office where we do our daily work. We usually start the morning with some tea and try to get through the pile of folders on our desks. It is steady work, and we have been at it for a good while now. We try to keep the place tidy but with all the files, it's hard.
