Samar Buildware Products

Samar Buildware Products is situated at B No. 20513 on 100Ft Road. We are right opposite Pammi National Bakers, which is a landmark most people in the area use to find us. The road outside is usually very busy with cars and people going about their day. It brings a lot of noise and dust into the shop, but we don't mind it much. Our shelves are stacked high with all sorts of buildware items. It can be a bit of a maze inside because we try to keep as much stock as possible on hand. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and fancy displays. It is a working man’s shop. When you come in, you might have to wait a minute if we are in the back moving heavy crates. We’ve been here for several years and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. The bakery across the street always smells good, which is a nice bonus. We don't do any big marketing or have a sales team. People just come in because they know we have what they need for their construction projects. We talk to our customers like they are our neighbors, because many of them are. It is a simple business run by people who know the products. We don't use scripts or corporate talk. We just give you a price and help you load your vehicle. That’s how a day at Samar Buildware usually goes.
