Novita Technologies

Novita Technologies is over on Mohan Ghosh Road in the Ramchandrapur area. We are very close to Narendrapur School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing throughout the day. Our business isn't one of those massive tech firms you see in the city. We are a small team working out of a modest office. We handle various technical things, mostly repairs and helping people with their gadgets or setups. It’s a bit of a cramped space with wires and parts scattered on the benches, but we know where everything is. We didn't start this with a big plan or investors. We just liked fixing things and decided to make a business out of it. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers because most people just want their stuff to work. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens or soldering small parts. It’s quiet work for the most part. Sometimes people from the neighborhood drop by just to ask a question about their phone or computer. We don't have a receptionist; one of us just gets up from the bench to help. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when several things break at once. We’re just local people providing tech help in our little corner of Ramchandrapur. We enjoy the work and the people who come in to see us.
