Micropro

If you find yourself on K C Dutta Road in Rajpur Kalitala, you will probably see our sign at number 74. We have been in this part of Kolkata for a good bit of time now. Micropro is just a small team of us working in a space that gets quite a lot of noise from the street outside. Kolkata 149 is a busy area, and there is always something going on right outside the door. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so if you walk in, you might have to wait a second while someone finishes up what they are doing. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and old equipment, but we know where everything is. We mostly focus on getting the tasks done that come across our desks each morning. It is a lot of sitting in front of screens and talking over things. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it gets really humid in the summer, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a steady one that stays open and does the work. Lunch usually comes from the local stalls nearby because nobody really brings a tiffin. Sometimes we have to deal with the local power cuts that hit the Rajpur area, so we just take that time to step out for a bit. The street noise is constant. It is a plain way of working, but it suits us just fine. We have a few desks, some chairs that creak a bit, and a lot of work.
