Halder Enterprise

Halder Enterprise is located over in Piyali Natunpally. If you know the area near Kalaria, you know it is a bit of a walk from the main station. We started this place because there was not much around here for the local families. We mostly deal with everyday things people need for their houses. It is quiet in the mornings, mostly just the sound of birds and the occasional cycle passing by. We spend a lot of time checking our ledgers and making sure the inventory is right. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, so fewer people come in, but that gives us time to clean the back room. The 24 Parganas South weather can be quite heavy in the monsoon. My cousin works with me here. We are not trying to be the biggest shop in the district, just a normal one where people can get their tea or salt. We talk to the people who come in about their day or the local news. It is more of a place where neighbors stop to talk than just a business. We try to get the supplies delivered on time, though sometimes the trucks get delayed in Jibontsala. It is just how things go. We keep the doors open six days a week, sometimes seven if there is a lot to do. We do not have fancy displays, just stuff piled where it fits best on the racks. We just focus on doing what we can.
