You’ll find us at G6-59/A/New Jote in Shibrampur. It’s tucked away a bit, so you have to look for the sign. We deal with computer problems mostly. People bring in their towers or their laptops when they start making weird noises or just stop working altogether. The shop is usually full of half-disassembled machines and monitors showing blue screens. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where every screwdriver and screw is located. Shibrampur is our home, and we’ve been serving the folks around here for quite some time. We aren't experts in everything, but we know our way around a motherboard. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and typing, which can be tiring for the eyes. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. We don't have a big corporate strategy or anything like that. We just fix what’s in front of us. Some days are packed with work, and other days we’re just waiting for someone to drop off a printer. It’s a small operation, just a couple of desks and a lot of spare parts in boxes. We keep it straightforward and don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. It’s just about getting the computers back to the owners so they can get back to their own work.
