Synapsticsehr Technologies Private Limited is located over in Bareilly. Our office is at C-307/2 in Rajendra Nagar. It’s a pretty central spot in Bareilly, so it’s easy for everyone to get to. We are just a bunch of people who have a background in technology and decided to set up our own shop here. The office itself is quite modest. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area where we can sit and talk about things. We aren't interested in being some big corporate giant with thousands of employees. We like the fact that we are a small, tight-knit group where everyone knows each other’s names. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to solve technical problems. Rajendra Nagar is a nice neighborhood to be in, and there are plenty of spots nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea during our breaks. We don’t really have any grand statements to make about ourselves. We just do our work, day in and day out. Sometimes the work is easy and sometimes it’s a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it goes in the tech world. We’re glad to be based in Bareilly and to be doing our thing in this part of the world. It’s a straightforward business and we plan on keeping it that way for the long haul. There’s usually someone at the office from early morning until late evening, just keeping things on track.
